As the Successful candidate, you must be:
- MRICS/MCIOB Qualified
- Commercially aware of the environment around you by applying common sense, good judgement, and demonstrating financial understanding
- Take ownership of project goals
- Prevent disputes arising wherever possible
- Meet deadlines 
- Promote and adopt best practice by fully complying with our standards, documents library, forms library and business unit procedures

Your responsibilities will include:
•Drive and maintain a high level of financial &amp; commercial control of the project
