For both services, our experienced Recruitment Consultants assess the
best way of advertising each vacancy on the internet. We ensure that
the advert copy will generate maximum applicant responses from each
specific Job Board. We then post the adverts, reply to all responses
and screen and match applicants against the vacancy before forwarding
them on to you. You can even have your company logo featured on
advertisements and if required, receive all responses direct to your own
website recruitment page or to an email address of your choice.
Each vacancy is advertised for a four week period and can be amended
during that period e.g. if additional skills are needed or the salary
changes. During the campaign, you can have access to our Online Client
BackOffice. Here you can see CVs received against each job, statistics
showing which Job Board attracted the applicant and the facility to
record applicant progress, which can be downloaded into your own HR
system.
