My client, a small but established regional contractor currently requires an experienced Site Manager for refurbishment and fit out projects but candidates with general all round construction knowledge are desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of construction experience, ideally coming from a trades background with at least 5 years as a Site Manager. Your experience will lie primarily within retail and commercial fit outs and you will have managed sites up to £3 million in value.
Your day to day responsibilities will include managing subcontractors and ensuring they are working safely and efficiently, with all trades coordinated. Attending contract review meetings and presenting site overhead costs. Monitoring and projecting overhead costs with the site surveyor and preparing reports and attending progress meetings.
